See the house you’d actually own.
Buying
You’re about to commit serious money to a house on the strength of a viewing and a survey — neither of which tells you what the house could become or what that will cost. I visit with you (or for you), read the building’s potential and its problems, and give you an honest view: what’s possible, what’s hard, what the likely intervention really means. Buyers use it to bid with confidence — or to walk away from an expensive assumption.
Selling
Before you sell a significant home, it’s worth knowing which interventions would genuinely improve its appeal and value — and which would waste money you’ll never recover. A pre-sale consultation gives you a designer’s priorities: presentation, quick wins, and the honest list of what to leave for the next owner.

Can you view a property before we’ve offered?
Yes — speed matters in a purchase, and these consultations are arranged accordingly. The free initial phone conversation can happen within days of the listing.
Is this a survey?
No — a survey tells you what’s wrong today; I tell you what’s possible tomorrow and roughly what it takes. Most buyers of significant homes need both.
We’re estate agents — can we refer clients?
Yes, and it works well for all sides: better-informed buyers transact with more confidence. Get in touch directly.
Talk before you transact
